Experimenting with a New Wellness Plan/Bullet Journal Strategy

TL;DR ✪ I feel like I need to reign in my life and my wellness is slipping so I’ve decided to try a new Bullet Journal method for visualizing my week. I know that I am more efficient with analog, written systems so I’m hoping that having this analog version of my week in more detail will help me be more efficient and get in everything I want to achieve every day. We’re trying out this new method and getting granular so that you may adopt and adapt this to your own wellness plan.
