TL;DR ✪ I have a lot to say on this topic so this may become a series because there are many reasons I’ve decided to increasingly choose to be chemically conscious. With these two popular news stories I’ve seen this week alone, it felt timely to raise some awareness. It’s concerning that this issue has become so inescapable and pervasive. Whether we like it or not, our soil and water are so naturally infiltrated with toxins and it is important for people to know how this impacts our wellness. My hope is that your takeaway from this is that I will not be overhauling my lifestyle, but rather appreciating the importance of making more cognizant choices that benefit our wellness because small steps compound.
