In 2023 I want to improve my sleep. I had heard of Dr. Andrew Huberman’s Sleep Tool Kit. From there I tried out an Non-Sleep Deep Rest exercise and it was game changing. Essentially it’s similar to a meditation, but produced the exact reset I needed. Best way I can explain it is a “brain bath” that cleansed and refreshed my brain. Give NSDR a try!

The power of “yet”. If you find yourself being hard or coming down on yourself for something you want, but may not have, add “yet” to the end of your statements. For instance: “I’m not a morning person, yet.” It’s a simple, but powerful mind re-framing technique that allows you to move forward with compassion.
