What brings you joy?

Many experts say that having a sense of meaning and purpose is an essential pillar of wellness. However, so often I see so many of us focused on keeping up with the chaos of life that we skip this pillar. Lately, I feel like I’ve really hit a good stride with my fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, social wellness, etc… but the one area of wellness I feel I’m lacking in and need to improve in is living in alignment with what I find meaningful and purposeful. I’ve really been thinking about this Japanese concept of IKIGAI this year and if you’re unfamiliar with it here’s an additional article to the one linked above acquaint you with the idea.
