To be conscious or aware of something
In my opinion, I find I tend to be most productive when I start off my morning early and after having accomplished my normal routine. Mine typically includes mindfulness (I journal), movement (I prefer to workout in the morning), and something for your health/hygiene (I like trying to make sure water is the first thing I consume each day).
