Listened to this Dr. Josh Axe podcast on intermittent fasting a couple weeks back. While I'm a big supporter of intermittent fasting, I've been trying to be a little less strict on intermittent fasting lately especially while I've been in such a busy season and quite literally running around a lot more now that I'm training. Love that these two doctors discuss how some of our healthy habits like intermittent fasting or going Paleo may not actually be the best thing for us all of the time. A reminder that it is important to know the science and listen to your body to make the correct calls.
