Are there ways in which you can improve & be better, rather than complaining about others or other things that are not?
Bonus: play Michael Jackson's “Man in the Mirror“ & get grooving. Dance & sing along. You'll thank me later after the endorphins are flowing & the vibes are high. Honestly, this might be the best way to start every morning with momentum. Especially a Monday morning.

Dr. Will Cole is promoting his new book Gut Feelings, but in this podcast he introduces “shame-flammation” and our growing understanding of epigenetics. I suggest finding this episode in podcast form wherever you listen to podcasts and absorb this while you go on a long walk or drive.
