We all say "if we had more time in the day I'd be able to do ___." What's yours?

Mine would probably be to read or meditate. My 5 minute version of the reading to at least read the news everyday. My 5 minute version of the meditating would probably have to be a walk without any media.

How can you add a 5 minute version of that into your days?

There's been a lot of buzz around Bryan Johnson for awhile now, but if you haven’t heard of him: he's the billionaire that is putting a ton of resources to figure out ​How to Defy Death & Slow the Aging Process​. This linked podcast is him as a guest on The Skinny Confidential podcast. I've heard him on Jill's podcast, but I liked that this interview wasn't only around the mechanisms but also expanded to include things like thought leadership. Definitely someone worth looking into/learning more about.
