Good to know re: alcohol & sleep… this article from the SleepFoundation.org did a little dive and found that 2+ drinks disrupt sleep cycles by 39%.
I know when I was in college and after graduation I sometimes fell into the fallacy that alcohol can seem like it helps you fall asleep. But, it’s really crucial to understand that alcohol can actually really disrupt the quality of your sleep which means you’re missing out on some really important benefits and recovery essentials we need to get from proper, adequate sleep.
