Reflect on a way you can move for fun today and how you can do that more often. Some of my favorite ways to exercise for enjoyment have been joining a dance class or doing a kickboxing video.

Ever feel like your body waits to get sick while you’re on vacation? There’s science behind that phenomena. Essentially, most of us wildly prepare and fall off our wellness routines when we’re getting ready to travel which causes our immune system and body to breakdown during that stressful phase. Then, when the body sense it’s no longer in survival mode on vacation, it overcompensates and the illness manifests as the body is trying to recover.

The solution? Try and stay consistent with your wellness, even if it’s a scaled back version! Take care of you always in all ways!
