I love everything Precision Nutrition puts out, but I found this article Stop Overthinking Food Choices interesting because usually I'm all about understanding the mechanisms behind why we should make a healthier choice, but sometimes we need this reminder: "Food is more than its biochemical make-up. (And so are we.)"
