I saw that Tim Ferris, author of 4 Hour Work Week, uses 4 categories to streamline is gratitude practices that I think could be helpful if you’re ever stuck:

  2. An opportunity you’ve had/have

  4. Something simple (sunshine, favorite pen, etc.)

TL;DR — Why do we want fruits loaded with fiber?

  1. Fruits have antioxidants and other key nutrients and minerals that help with optimal body functioning including anti-aging and combating oxidation.

  2. Fiber is the secret when it comes to gut health, healthy cholesterol, weight management, longevity, and overall bodily functioning. Besides protein, fiber is one of the most essential components I try to prioritize in my diet.
