I love Memorial Day. Originally it was because it meant the kick off of summertime, but now I really appreciate a day dedicated to memorializing those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸

I learned about The Murph Challenge from when I was working at an athlete performance training facility. I love this tradition & how it has grown.
Whether you participate or not, I want to spread the word & encourage you to move according to your abilities today!
Side note: I've done a modified version of MURPH and even that modified version... OOF... let me tell ya, I was hobbling for a week I was so sore despite being in the best shape of my life when I did that modified version. So, if you choose to pursue, warm up/recover properly & modify according to your abilities.
