Mindfulness ✪
To be conscious or aware of something
If you’re doing another countdown to Memorial Day (we’re under 50 days away!) and you have a goal you’re working towards, I want you to do a visualization exercise about the result or outcome you’re wanting to achieve.

Mentionable ✪
Refer to something briefly without going into detail. Important or noteworthy, memorable
Today’s “Better for Me, Better for the Environment” mentionable comes from New York Times.
How to Reduce Your Carbon Footprint - A Year of Living Better is a longer article with sections on ways to reduce your carbon footprint from transportation, eating, home, shopping, & even your job.
Motivation ✪
Meant to inspire: being mentally stimulated to do or feel something
To piggy back off of last week’s quote and the idea of visualizing the results you’re looking to achieve, another one from James Clear:
“Imagine the outcome you want to create. Envision where you are headed in great detail. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Don’t encourage yourself to be realistic. You will have to wrestle with reality soon enough. Don’t be your own bottleneck at this stage. What would the magical outcome be?” — James Clear, author of Atomic Habits
