I've been on this kick lately of a "rebrand" for myself/Making Momentum. On my rebranding quest, I became fixated on trying to create a personal "Mission, Vision, Values Statement". It's an excellent mindfulness exercise I'm walking y'all through this month.

From my research, most sources suggested starting with crafting the "Vision" because this is the big picture / where you’re heading.

Questions to get you started: What is the vision you have for yourself? What's your big picture? Where are you heading? What is your purpose, intention, objectives?

This month I decided I'm sharing some of my personal Mentionables ✪ rather than other's podcasts or articles I've seen.

First up: eating an early dinner a couple hours before bed has noticeably improved my sleep.

I finally put this into practice consistently because of my work schedule and how early I need to wake up for work. I've been trying to finish my dinner before 6 and go to bed at 8. I know there's plenty of science out there that support this, like this ​Healthline article​. However, I really want to emphasize that, anecdotally, besides the extra digestion time, the extra wind down time to cook/clean/eat well before going to bed has made it much easier to fall asleep and the quality of my sleep has been pretty solid as well since moving up my dinnertime.
