​Lauren Zambito Talks Nutrition, Hormones, and Holistic Wellness | Ep. 51​ | Coach ‘Em Up Podcast This podcast may be a little niche for me because it’s intended for strength coaches, but I particularly liked how in this episode they made nutrition super simple. Lauren Zambito is a health coach whose mission is to “show you the easy way to wellness…that is holistic & realistic”. So many of us over complicate things, especially with whatever is trending on social media. For the most part, we already know what we need to do when it comes to nutrition. For example, we all know that we need to avoid consuming processed and packaged food because eating foods in their whole form is best, but most of us just don’t take the time to prepare to set ourselves up for success. Overall I felt like the episode was a refreshing reminder on how to keep nutrition easy.
