I signed up for Yale’s free “The Science of Well-Being Course” and social connection is an important component of well-being! Take a minute to reflect on how your connections are doing, how you want them to be, and then take action by connecting in a way with someone that aligns with how you want to show up!

To go along with this theme of social connection… in December 2022 I set out to join some new gyms and clubs to get plugged into my local community of people with similar interests and I cannot recommend it enough! I’ve already made/continue to make new friends at a free running club I go to every Tuesday. Bonus: I’ve added some new fitness modalities to my weekly routine. I think in the pandemic many of us forgot about this component of our wellness and it’s time to get it back!

Sidenote: one of the best ways to adhere to a habit is if there is social accountability.
